We Care provides opportunities for people to grow their careers in the sector, no matter their stage, through the provision of:
- Entry level Certificate III and IV Traineeships in Individual Support
- Scholarships for Aboriginal students studying Psychology at University of Newcastle (Degree and Master Level)
Development Opportunities continue for existing employees and include the following:
- Internal development program in Behaviour Support to work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
