We Care NSW | TRH Psychology and Cultural Consultancy Service (TRH) is dedicated to keeping the information you provide to us online safe, secure and protected. In collecting your personal information, you can be assured that we are doing so to provide a holistic approach to your care. We respect and support your rights as an individual and have created procedures that protect your privacy in how your personal information is collected, stored and managed.
The Privacy and Confidentiality Policy outlines that all personal information obtained is in compliance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998 (amended) and Australian Privacy Principles (APP).

We respect your privacy. When you provide personal information, you agree that this will be used by We Care NSW under the terms of the TRH Psychology and Cultural Consultancy Service Privacy & Confidentiality Policy. You agree that the personal information may be disclosed under the terms of this Policy and the information is collected to begin our relationship with you. We Care NSW do not disclose your personal information to other organisations or people.
We recognise the importance of safeguarding personal and health information and details and will not use or disclose any information about individuals for other purposes outside of providing care. An exception to this will be in unique circumstances where the disclosure is required by law, or to protect the right or property of We Care NSW or any other individual, or reduce a serious threat to an individual’s health or safety.
