Core
Supports
As part of our Community Access services, we offer core support to assist you, or someone you care for, in day-to-day care, daily activities and routines. Our support is adjusted to the needs, strength, value and goals of each individual and include a focus on building these skills through flexible, individualised support.
Our staff work together with the people we support to determine which daily living tasks require support, and what level of support is required. These daily living tasks may include showering, personal care matters, mealtimes, and other household tasks. We are able to visit people at their homes and support them with the necessary care at a time that suits them.
We also help people to develop skills by building capacity to undertake life goals such as living independently, making friends, engaging with the community, improving decision making, and developing planning and budgeting skills.
