Occupational Therapy, or OT, can work with you for everyday activities that may be difficult for you or require assistance from others.

An OT will assist you to maintain, regain or improve your independence through suggesting different techniques, changing your environment, or using new equipment to help you to improve mental and physical performance to achieve your goals.
