Vanessa

Vanessa, Bussiness and Finance Manager, joined We Care in 2018. She graduated from La Trobe University in 2011 with Bachelor of Accounting and obtained a Masters of Finance in 2013 from the University of Newcastle.

Leading the Finance team, Vanessa is responsible for the delivery of business and finance services such as accounting, quality management, record keeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and provides strategic analysis for senior management to ensure the sustainabilty and continuity of services for We Care. Vanessa also provides Plan Management Services to support and manage Participants’ NDIS funding.

Vanessa was born in Shanghai China and she moved to Australia when she turned 20. Vanessa enjoys working with people from different cultural backgrounds and diverse life choices. Vanessa promotes a fun and positive vibe in our We Care community and she promotes sharing, learning and a multicultural work environment.

When Vanessa is not at work, she enjoys dancing, drawing and spending time with her family and friends.
