Hayley

Hayley is the Senior Practice Lead for our Community Access Program. Hayley is responsible for ensuring our We Care Participants are receiving high quality, goal-orientated Community Supports. Hayley provides leadership, practice development and coaching to our service delivery staff.

Hayley enjoys working with Participants from all walks of life, and is particularly motivated by connecting those Participants who may be experiencing social isolation. Hayley enjoys mentoring, and coaching the service delivery staff, and helping our staff to learn and grow in the industry.

Hayley is a passionate, and approachable leader, and enjoys coming to work each day knowing that a difference is being made to our Community. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming and fishing, and cooking a delicious meal.
