Community Capacity Building Programs

We Care NSW is proud to provide access to group programs for people living with a disability in the Hunter and Newcastle regions. Our programs focus on skills-development and promoting a sense of value and inclusion for group participants.

Our Community Capacity-Building Programs

  • Movie nights
  • Gaming nights/afternoons

  • Youth Yarn Up Camp: We Care NSW, with the support of TRH Psychology and Cultural Consultancy Service and Winanga-y Dreaming, host camps for Aboriginal young males. The Camps are aimed at promoting a sense of connection to self, community, culture and empowerment. More information here
